I don't see it happening. think Jeffrey Lurie views Kelly as the team's best asset at this point. And for Kelly's perspective, I think Chip Kelly has what he wants here -- besides Mariota. I don't see the Eagles letting Chip leave. And I don't know if Chip would want to go when he has full control here.

Good question, Scott. It would make sense for the Eagles to move Curry -- he's a reserve who is a free-agent-to-be, and unlikely to re-sign. It's a similar situation to Boykin. If they can get a 4 or 5, I think they'd do it. But I don't think they can. Look at what Vernon Davis' value was on the trade market. I know Curry is younger, but he's free to sign anywhere in March.

I agree with the Tonner, re: Chip the GM not being as good as Roseman. That said, I think it's impossible to win without a franchise QB, and franchise QB's are only obtainable once in a blue moon. Thus, it seems like the Eagles are screwed until they stink at the right time and pick the right QB. Do you agree?

To an extent. You can also evaluate better than the other teams do, or develop better than the other teams do. It's not easy if you don't have a top 5 pick. But top 5 picks fail, too -- look at RG3. The key is to have right the people picking, coaching, and playing.
