I don't know if "stuck" is the word I'd use. He plays the most snaps of the WRs. He needs to catch the ball better. I think he's better when there's someone on the outside commanding attention, too.

I think the value he places on players/picks. He didn't value Maclin enough. He paid Austin too much. He put in a 2nd rounder in the Bradford deal, when St.Louis wasn't making the trade without a QB in return -- so he didn't value Foles enough. He didn't use leverage in the Mathis situation. Those are a few examples.
A few good drafts stacked on top of each other, that's what happens.
Pay less attention to who starts. Who plays the most? I'd say Kendricks and Hicks this week. Alonso eventually.
