Too early to say. Boykin's release helps. If they keep five, it will be two of Shepherd, Watkins, Evans, Rice.
No, not yet. Wolff has a good chance. But I think he n needs to earn his way onto the roster.
Good question, Stew. I'll hear from Chip in an hour.
Way too soon for me to say. If I knew at this point, wouldn't be much of a surprise.
I think they'll see what they have here first. Marcus Smith would be the best-case scenario.
10 more minutes, fire away anything you're interested in...
I think Byron Maxwell is an upgrade over everything they had last year. Rowe is an intriguing prospect. Thurmond has a lot of talent. I think Riddick is a very good evaluator, but there are a lot of guys who haven't done it on Sundays yet. Some good potential there.
It's already starting to fill in. I would imagine Sunday will be more, though.
I think Matthews is 1,000+ yards this year. If Agholor is productive, then I think their passing game will be fine. Matthews will take a step up this season.
You need the preseason for kickers.
If you had to make a 53 today, I'd say Barkley. But the preseason will be where that competition is won. Tebow can earn a spot, for sure. But to date, Barkley has been better.
Good question, Scott. The first thing you notice with Maxwell is his size. He's tall, long, and strong. He has a presence at that position. I've heard good things about his work in the film room this offseason. It will be a test being the No. 1 CB, but there's a lot of optimism in the building that he has that talent.
You're asking about Ryans, I assume? My guess is he still has an important role, but he plays in the base and not in sub packages. Kiko and Kendricks will be the nickel LBs.
There's not much playing time to go around, but Taylor Hart is the player I'd focus on there.
Two more minutes, some quick hitters...
Barbre on the left, Tobin on the right.
They have a punter to help take the load off Donnie Jones, but I don't think they wanted to use another roster spot on a kicker.
