Still to be determined. They haven't started practicing yet. Friday will be the big practice day this week, I'd say. If he's out there on Friday, I think he plays. If not, I don't think he plays.
I don't anticipate Kam Chancellor becomes available. I think any team would like Kam Chancellor, but I don't see him hitting the market.
The DB depth is a legitimate concern. I think their top 4 is good, but beyond them is an issue. As for Rowe, he is a project at cornerback. That should have been expected. But if he can help in a situational role, that's all they need at this point.
He wasn't sure he'd be ready for Week 1, and he hasn't returned to practice yet.
Tobin, Kelly, and Molk all have started for them, so Kelly has been comfortable enough with them in the past. But I don't think any of them are top backups, so to speak. Some teams have a sixth linemen who is a starting-caliber player. I don't believe the Eagles do. But as far as knowing the system and being in there, the Eagles have that in their backup linemen.
No undrafted rookie WR made the practice squad. Pratt was on their last year, and Martino was with the Falcons. Bailey is a great story and he played well in games, but as far as talent, I think Pratt and Martino offer more. Curious to see what happens to Bailey -- as I said, very nice story.
Chris Prosinski, just because of his special teams ability. Chip Kelly says that if you're a backup, there are three ways to make the team: special teams, special teams, and special teams. Prosinski was a top 5 special teams tackler in 8 games last season. But I understand Chip's point about the upside with Jerome Couplin.
I don't think Bradford will carry out the fake as much as the QBs have done in the past. I'm curious to see. Zone read isn't a major part in the offense because there isn't much reading -- the QBs hand it off -- but the QBs do carry out the fake. I don't know how much Bradford will do that.
Haven't spoken to him yet. I think he's a project with some tools.
Not a big offensive role -- maybe 5-10 catches. James Casey didn't have a big offensive role the past two years.
Not crazy at all, but I think Atlanta is a tougher game than many realize.
I understand the reason for having a 3rd QB on the roster. If you think Morris could stay on practice squad, then that would have been the way to go. But they probably didn't think they can get Morris on practice squad. I was surprised they went with someone out of the system, but it shows what they thought of Barkley/Tebow.
I have immense respect for both of those reporters. I found it to be a fascinating article, and it raises a lot of questions. Superb job by those reporters.
Way too soon to say that -- Rowe hasn't played a game yet. They figured CB has more long-term value, so they'll see if he can play there. They can always move him to safety. Corners move to safety more than the other way around.
I would guess he's one of the 7 inactives -- at least initially.

Murray gets 270-300 carries. Mathews gets 150-170. That's my guess. Both are very productive.
I was surprised because they had both in camp, I figured they would keep one. But I'm not surprised by the evaluation that there's a better option out there. I just thought they would have made that decision earlier in the summer.
Brad Jones and Vinny Curry initially. Smith needs to grow into the role.
