Thank you for joining the weekly chat. Eagles are 1-0 and head to Tampa Bay this weekend. Let's get to your questions...
I would have looked at Perriman last week. But I wouldn't rule it out. Eagles are back on the practice field tomorrow. Question is, whose spot does he take -- Wheaton or Carter? They guaranteed Wheaton's contract.
He's doing scout-team work now and will continue to develop behind the scenes.
I think the Giants are better than how they looked -- they kept it close with a good team. Dallas, that's an ugly offense.
I don't think it has anything to do with Mike Wallace. More the bottom of the depth chart.
Missed a tackle, but I thought he looked solid overall. And will only get better.
I think part of it was out of respect to Sproles, even if they won't say it. He worked his way back, they wanted to get him involved. I'd go with Ajayi early, personally.
Around the deadline, I wouldn't rule it out. Right now, I still think teams are figuring out their rosters.
For all the attention he got for his speed, what was most impress was the way he used it. He knows how and when to turn on the jets better than just about anyone in the NFL.
Since 2015, he has the most receptions and receiving yards of any tight end in the NFL. He's No. 5 in touchdowns. How is that mediocre?
I do. I believe that's why they traded for him.
Not at the moment. Maybe closer to the deadline.
I think they're seeing if there's a better option than what they have had at the bottom of the roster.
I thought they would, but nothing yet.
It's one game, but I'd say the lack of Alshon Jeffery.
Very much so, but only as an alternate. Not as their primary jersey.
You're not big on Corey Clement? I think Eagles depth at RB is better than most, with Clement and Sproles.
Not anymore. I think that ship has sailed.
They'd take a $4.8M cap hit.
It's one week. Too soon to say. I think he'll be fine. Torrey Smith level, maybe better.
