I'd say linebacker and third safety. I think they have the cornerbacks they need on the team. I'm not sure about LB and safety. They really need Jordan Hicks to stay healthy or a player like Nate Gerry/Corey Nelson/Kamu Grugier-Hill to emerge as reliable.
Funny -- it is odd Elliott had trouble from close in and was so reliable from far out. I'm curious if that changes with the sample size. Elliott is a player worth monitoring this summer, too.
Brian Dawkins in term of popularity. I'd say Dawkins was more popular, considering Eagles' spot in the city. But Utley has a ring.
I don't know the answer to it, and I hope it doesn't happen anytime soon. Merrill is an institution in this city.
Only two I believe -- Temple hosts East Carolina on Oct. 6 and the Eagles host the Vikings on Oct. 7. Temple hosts Cincinnati on Oct. 20 and the Eagles host Carolina on Oct. 21.
I think Eagles are clearly the best team, but I like what the Giants have done this offseason and I think the Cowboys will be better with Ezekiel Elliott back and Tyron Smith healthy. Those two teams are the top challengers. I think Washington is No. 4.
Yes, if he's healthy, I think he does so. If Eagles get early leads, though, maybe he's 3500-3900.
A bit, but not overtaking Wallace. I think Hollins plays a role, but I think they like Wallace and his deep speed.
Good question. Might be a complicated, although I don't think the anthem is an issue with the Eagles. I'm perplexed by all the safeties on the market -- Reid, Kenny Vaccaro, Tre Boston. I don't have a good answer. But the Eagles would be well served to look at the safety market.
I think it would be a veteran who off injury. So if it's a surprise cut, maybe someone like Maragos? I don't see that happening, but if I'm predicting a possibility, I guess that's one.
I think so, but maybe not Week 1. He could start the year on PUP.
No, but they have to earn their spots. Eagles could keep 5 RBs like they did last year. I think they give Pumphrey every chance to make the team.
I think the Eagles wanted to go cheaper at that position.
No, I don't. I see his role as a rotational RB. I still think the Eagles draft a RB next year.
All year? Yes. Next year? No. Unless a Bridgewater situation happens, I can't see Eagles getting what they'd want in a trade.
End of the day, Doug Pederson is calling plays. I think losing those voices in the room matters, but it's still Pederson's offense and he's still calling the plays. I think that's the key.
Nothing that will affect his standing on the team.
It depends what's learned about the incident.
I don't think an overhaul. I think the Eagles go with seven or eight players they trust can play, then they'll carry one or two for development. They still need to guard against injury.
