I can see him traded two of those picks in a trade or to move up to the top spot. However, I don't see whomever get the top pick trading out of it in the Ben Simmons sweepstakes.
I agree. However, that could change if something falls in their lap. I think they are really interested in seeing what Phil Pressey can do at the point.
Maybe not a first-rounder, because of the knee injury history.
Brown has done a solid job under the circumstances. His teams play hard and are known for stealing wins. Let's face it, Phil Jackson would probably have the same record or maybe win three more games with the players Brown had the first two seasons.
Of course. That's always an option with Hinkie
It's still early. He needs to get more game reps. Remember, he didn't play in the preseason. So we have to give him so time to see if this is just rust or not.
If they get the No. 1 pick, I believe they will draft Simmons no matter what. Think about it: Did you think they would use their first pick on a center three consecutive drafts
He could. However, I think he's more of a combo/shooting guard. The only problem is he's struggling shooting the ball from long distance. I think that's the main reason he hasn't moved to the 2 already.
I doubt if that will happen, because Okafor would be a liability defending PF.
In this system, I think he can be. With the big, all you need a shooting guard that can shoot. Don't ask him to do anything else in my opinion.
I understand. Honestly, I don't think a top line FA would come next year.
Be nice. I will say that they are very impressed with him. There was a thought that he would go down to the DLeague later this season. But he's showing that he deserve to stay and play in the NBA.
I don't think Hinkie needs me to give him credit.
Honestly, I really didn't have any serious thought about the CEO's comments.
He would be a great fit. However, it's still too close to the time of last summer's injury. That's the only thing that scares me. But otherwise, he would be a great fit.
His contract had to have a lot to do with it. Why else would you trade him?
I just think people are just excited about there team. Plus, history shows that Hinkie makes trades at deadlines.
I think he's showing good signs. However, I do think that he needs more games under his belt since he missed the entire preseason and first game of the season. His weakness is defense. But we all kind of knew that coming in.
LOL. I wouldn't care. Something tells me that will NOT happen.
I don't know many three he should take. But he told the media that he wants to play center shortly after he was drafted. Plus, he's the biggest of the three. He needs to be down low. Now that doesn't mean that he can't get a three or two in the flow of the game.
One would assume that. But you never know. We thought they would draft a point guard in June's draft.
I'm hearing that he doesn't
It depends on who they draft. ... I think they might try to go after top flight players. However, I don't think they will have a lot of success this summer.
Brown said it was still the same as the last update, when he said he would return in December. However, Wroten is motivated to return this month.
Thanks for joining me for this week's live chat. Sorry, that I have to go. Please try to submit your question earlier next week, so I can get to all of them.
